While we maintain 99.9% uptime architecture and local SQLite persistence, temporary interruptions may occur due to Discord API outages, hardware maintenance, or gateway disruptions. We reserve the right to apply rate limits to prevent resource exhaustion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the developers nor the operators of Starvis shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, unauthorized server raids resulting from misconfigured bot permissions, or Discord-imposed actions.
Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Server owners may request complete data purging of their server's configuration, heat records, and snapshot history by issuing the appropriate reset commands or contacting our support team.
