To perform automated security, moderation, and community utility functions, Starvis stores strictly necessary technical data:
Guild ID, Role IDs, Channel IDs, administrative permit tiers, rate-limit counters, sliding window action timestamps, and automated server snapshots for disaster recovery.
User IDs, moderator User IDs, punishment type (ban, kick, quarantine, mute), reason strings, case numbers, and punishment timestamps.
Short-lived ephemeral heat accumulators (decaying point counts based on message frequency, mass-pings, and spam triggers). Raw messages are not permanently archived.
